We’re two months in – I hope you’re still enjoying the Coaching and are driving the level of support you need.

Solvere VIP Coaching – 3 months in

So we’re 3 months in! Hopefully it’s been a big few months for you.

If you’re sitting there saying I’m feeling guilty John, I haven’t done as much as I should have been, don’t stress, we can still take action. It’s not what we’ve done or where we’ve come from, it’s where we’re going to that’s important.

If you’re on the ball and ahead of what we’re talking about, even better. Again, you drive the level of support you need with our Coaches and our team at Solvere.

So what’s happening now? Well if we haven’t already spoken about it, this is what we’re focussing on now. Our 8 Point Strategy. We talk about it in our Coaching Book, so you may need to refer back to it there.

Solvere VIP Coaching – 4 months in

So we’re 4 months in! It’s time to analyse.

Now you may have already played around with our exciting Property Analyser Calculator, if you have, well done. There are videos on our website https://www.solverewealth.com.au/property-analyser-calculator/ to explain how to use it properly but essentially we want to be able to understand the numbers before we go an purchase our next property.

Solvere VIP Coaching – 5 months in

We’re 5 months in now but when you first started with me, you would have received a document saying ‘I want to get my insurances checked’, see where I’m at and see whether the insurances I’ve got are what I need for my personal situation and/or my families. Solvere VIP Coaching – 6 months in

We’re 6 months down and I wanted to start talking to you about something a bit different.

After we’ve bought a few properties, our confidence increases, our knowledge of property increases, our risk profile potentially increases to the point where we want more. One dwelling and sitting on it for the next 20 years potentially isn’t enough, you want something a bit more exciting.

That’s where the mini-developments and the Joint Ventures can come into play.

8 months in and are you starting to think about your next property or are you still deciding on your first property?

It doesn’t matter what stage you’re at, it’s what’s happening going forward that’s important, not where you’ve come from.

So, the next best time to buy? It’s now. Providing that you have cash or equity, you have borrowing capacity, and your risk profile is where it needs to be. Watch the video to find out more about purchasing your next property.

OK, so last month I spoke about that second property. Now you may have already purchased it if you have taken massive action, or you may be contemplating it for the new year or down the track.

Today I wanted to talk to you about your Long Term Wealth Plan. Why are you doing all of this and what’s that long term wealth plan going to look like.

Solvere VIP Coaching – 10 months in

So we’re coming to the end of the twelve month program. What are your options going from here?

The plan for me for every Solvere client who came on board with us is to empower, educate, give knowledge, accountability, to go and do this for the next 20-30 years. Then go and teach their kids.

Hopefully we’re getting close to doing that for you. If that’s the case, fantastic. If you think you may have taken more action if you had more time, we’ve got an option to renew for another 12 months at a highly reduced rate.
