OK, so last month I spoke about that second property. Now you may have already purchased it if you have taken massive action, or you may be contemplating it for the new year or down the track.

So we’re coming to the end of the twelve month program. What are your options going from here?

The plan for me for every Solvere client who came on board with us is to empower, educate, give knowledge, accountability, to go and do this for the next 20-30 years. Then go and teach their kids.

Hopefully we’re getting close to doing that for you. If that’s the case, fantastic. If you think you may have taken more action if you had more time, we’ve got an option to renew for another 12 months at a highly reduced rate.

11 months in and it’s time to go back to the start!

You need to ensure that your foundations are still in order. So what do you need to focus on?
